One of the winners of the Maryland Lottery’s Baltimore Ravens Second-Chance Promotion won a pair of Ravens club seats and a $500 shopping spree at the team store. He donated all of it to a patient at Kennedy Krieger.

Long Covid Risk for Children Doubles After a Second Infection, Study Finds

Sept. 30, 2025

Dr. Laura Malone, director of the Institute’s Pediatric Post-COVID-19 Rehabilitation Clinic, was a leading source for a New York Times article on long COVID and children. “Just because you got through your first infection and didn’t develop long Covid, [doesn’t mean you’re] completely out of the woods,” she explained.
