Since 2018, Sylvia Deck has designed BFPE International’s sponsored tree for Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Festival of Trees fundraiser. She also donates proceeds from her holiday decor work and, as a Festival of Trees raffle committee member, has secured over 500 in-kind donations for the event.
