Yu Zhang (Kevin) is a second-year postdoctoral fellow at the Child and Family Therapy Clinic at Kennedy Krieger Institute, where he provides psychological assessments and evidence-based treatments to children, adolescents and their families. Zhang specializes in working with emotional, behavioral and neurodevelopmental challenges using an integrative therapeutic approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT). He is passionate about delivering culturally responsive, family-centered care and is dedicated to promoting resilience and well-being in diverse communities. Outside of work, you can often find him hiking local trails, tossing a frisbee at the park, biking or diving into a new anime series.
