Valencia Pankey is a doctoral student in the Clinical and School Psychology Program at James Madison University. Prior to beginning her doctoral studies, she worked as a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in an outpatient center, where she supervised the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for young children in both clinic and home settings. Her clinical interests include pediatric sleep and feeding interventions, and behavioral therapy delivered through parent training and coaching models. Her clinical interest aligns well with her internship placement in the Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Track where she can further develop her clinical skills in the PDD and feeding clinic rotations.
