
Dr. Lisette Munoz is a postdoctoral fellow in the Behavioral Management Clinic at Kennedy Krieger Institute. She earned her PhD in School Psychology from Illinois State University, where she also served as vice president of the Graduate Association of School Psychology. Her clinical training includes an internship with Endeavor Health in the Chicago suburbs, where she focused on crisis intervention and psychological assessment with adolescents in the intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and inpatient settings. Dr. Munoz has additional experience in traditional school psychology, autism and preschool clinics, and providing counseling and academic services in both school and clinical environments. Her research centers on social justice issues, with a focus on the impact of microaggressions on Latiné adolescents’, mental health and academic success.
