
Elizabeth Cansler is a fifth-year doctoral student in the Combined Clinical-Counseling Psychology Doctoral Program at the University of South Alabama. Cansler’s dissertation focuses on training allied health graduate students aspiring to work with children on a skillset to reduce barriers to care and service delivery. Her broader clinical interests include exploring parent-child relationships and externalizing disorders in children, with a focus on contextualizing family factors to support the generalization of skill implementation. She is currently completing her BCBA fieldwork hours and enjoys viewing treatment through a behavioral lens.
