Dr. Arielle Flint is a PhD post-doctoral fellow in the Behavior Management Clinic at Kennedy Krieger Institute, where she supports children with a range of behavioral challenges and provides families with a foundation for collaborative, solution-focused care. Flint’s work centers on empowering parents by creating a space where their voices are heard and valued. She has extensive experience working with children and families across diverse settings, addressing concerns related to developmental delays, anxiety, behavioral difficulties and academic performance. Flint’s social justice journey has shaped a culturally responsive approach grounded in empathy, humility and respect for individual lived experiences. She is passionate about examining income-based microaggressions and understanding how school connectedness and climate influence student well-being. Outside of work, Arielle enjoys cooking, reading, nature and family time.
