When you sign up for clinical care and billing SMS messages from Kennedy Krieger, you are signing up to receive SMS messages related to your clinical care and billing relationship with Kennedy Krieger, including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management. By agreeing to participate in SMS messages, you understand that such electronic communications may not be secure. Further, you understand that data carriers may retain these messages.
You can opt-out of SMS messages related to clinical care/billing by texting STOP to respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from.
