Become a hero for a child with disabilities in a way that aligns with your passions and lifestyle. There’s something for everyone here at Kennedy Krieger, and no matter the method, your volunteer contributions are deeply valued.

Individual Volunteer

By volunteering your time, you can give a child in our care the ultimate gift: the chance to feel like a kid again! From helping staff with crafts and games to other fun activities, your presence promotes happiness, healing, and lots of light in the life of a child who is dealing with immense daily challenges.

If you are interested in making a difference, contact the Office of Patient Experience and Community Engagement at 443-923-2640.

Group Volunteer

There are plenty of ways for community groups, companies and organizations to support children with disabilities. Whether it’s collecting items from our  Wish List, organizing food drives, participating in our Adopt-A-Family Holiday Gift Program or visiting to play with the children, our group volunteers are vital for lifting spirits and bringing smiles to the patients at Kennedy Krieger.

To join us, contact the Office of Patient Experience and Community Engagement at 443-923-2640.
