Hats & Horses 2023 Event Recap
The seventh annual Hats & Horses Benefiting Kennedy Krieger Institute was truly a celebration of all the people who make Kennedy Krieger extraordinary.
With the help of our phenomenal event co-chairs and committee, WIN members, generous sponsors, guests and auction donors—we raised more than $340,000 to support Kennedy Krieger. Collectively, our Bubbles and Bling raffle, successful silent auction and tremendous live-ask effort allowed us to meet our goal for this event!
The funds raised will help alleviate the youth mental health crisis in our country by supporting a new post-master’s fellowship program for psychiatric social workers. In development now at Kennedy Krieger, this program will allow us to not only minimize the waiting list for children and adolescents who require psychotherapy at the Institute, but also train the next generation of qualified mental health clinicians.
