Our palliative care team collaborates with multiple disciplines and across all clinical settings at Kennedy Krieger to provide individualized care for patients with serious illness.
In our outpatient clinics, we support patients through both in-person and telehealth visits. We offer services through stand-alone palliative care appointments as well as integrated interdisciplinary visits.
In our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, we work alongside the primary clinical team to provide expertise in symptom management, shared decision-making and emotional support. We also facilitate conversations about long-term goals and wishes.
