The download script tries to determine your browser type. Netscape, Safari, Mozilla and Firefox support "server push" through multi-part HTML douments and this is used for downloads to these browsers.
Internet Explorer, Opera and Chrome (and possibly other) browers do not support this part of the HTTP standard. A popup is used for the file download to these browsers, so enable popups for the download site or (with IE) use Ctrl-Click to enable popups one time from the link(s).
If you get a file named "qsm.pl", your browser was identified as Mozilla but does not support server push. Use a different browser or change the "identity" of your browser. Most browsers permit you to do this through their Preferences.
