About

Dr. Estacio is a staff psychologist for the Child and Family Therapy Clinic within the Behavioral Psychology Department at Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Education

Dr. Estacio received her Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University in Public Health Science and Psychology with a minor in Biology. Dr. Estacio earned her Master and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University. As part of her doctoral studies, Dr. Estacio completed a doctoral internship at WellSpan Philhaven CBT. Dr. Estacio completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Kennedy Krieger Institute and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the Child and Family Therapy Clinic.

Dr. Estacio has been a licensed psychologist since May 2024. She is also a member of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). 

Dr. Estacio utilizes Functional Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy to support families, children and adolescents with various concerns, including anxiety, depression and family communication difficulties. Dr. Estacio utilizes evidence-based practices in her clinical work and meets with patients onsite and by telehealth appointment.
