Dr. Blair Burgin is a staff psychologist in the Child and Family Therapy Clinic at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
Education
Dr. Burgin received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University, Master’s degree in general psychology from New York University, as well as a Master’s and Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from La Salle University. Dr. Burgin completed an APA-accredited doctoral internship at the University of Rochester Medical Center through the child and adolescent track and a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Kennedy Krieger Institute and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Burgin has been a licensed psychologist in Maryland since October 2025. She is also a member of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT).
Dr. Burgin uses evidence-based treatments that focus on behavioral, emotional, and relational functioning to help children, adolescents, and families build relationships and have experiences that are fulfilling and values driven, while creating a therapeutic space that is safe, genuine and honest.
