Alicia Stavros has worked in patient care for over 10 years and joined Kennedy Krieger Institute in 2019, later beginning a role in the Institute’s Department of Neuropsychology in 2021. She facilitates cross-departmental communications with the insurance department and clinicians to expedite and confirm insurance requirements to ensure services can be rendered for each patient appointment. She works closely with the families to address concerns and provide understanding to insurance coverage and potential out of pocket cost. Additionally, Stavros coordinates care for the ASPIRE clinic which supports patients with targeted assessments, interventions and recommendations.
