About
Dr. Christine Merola is a licensed clinical psychologist who serves as the co-director of Externship Training in the Department of Neuropsychology at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Dr. Merola has been on staff in the Neuropsychology Department at Kennedy Krieger since 2019. She sees patients ages 8-26 for psychological assessment in the Emotional Behavioral Disorders Clinic and in the Executive Function Clinic within the Neuropsychology Department’s outpatient program. She also sees teenage and young adult patients in the Pathways Clinic.
Education
Dr. Christine Merola received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA and completed her APA-accredited internship in psychology at West Virginia University Medicine in Martinsburg, WV. After receiving her doctorate, Dr. Merola completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the Child and Family Therapy Clinic (Department of Behavioral Psychology) at the Kennedy Krieger Institute / Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
