5:30 to 8 p.m.
Program to start at 6:30 p.m.

We hope you will join us for a special evening benefitting PACT: Helping Children with Special Needs.

This evening, we’ll announce the first recipients of our new Audrey Leviton imPACT Award, named to honor our executive director Audrey Leviton for her 20 years of dedicated service to PACT. The award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to PACT for the benefit of the organization’s children and families.

On September 13, the Audrey Leviton imPACT Award will be presented to two individuals who, like Audrey, have been instrumental in PACT’s success: Tim Hathaway and Charlie Constable, both of Brown Advisory.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the children and families served by PACT: Helping Children with Special Needs.

About PACT:

PACT: Helping Children with Special Needs promotes the development of young children with special needs and their families through specialized child care, early head start, early intervention services, family support, parent education and professional training. PACT specializes in working with very young children—i.e., children under the age of 5—with special needs and their families.

PACT was established in 1981 as one of Maryland’s earliest intervention programs for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and delays. Today, PACT has two one-of-a-kind specialized child care/early head start programs: World of Care, for medically fragile and/or developmentally delayed young children, and the Therapeutic Nursery, for young children and their parents experiencing homelessness.
