The Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities (MCDD) develops and engages in collaborative projects by supporting the research and evaluation component of our partners' projects.

These projects contribute to the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For example, the MCDD, in partnership with Maryland’s Title V Agency, the Office for Genetics and People with Special Health Care Needs, is developing a Maryland Data Collaborative which is inviting state, local, and private entities to participate in the joint collection and utilization of public health data.
