  • Articulate the positive workplace advantages that results from a neurodiverse workforce
  • Identify and describe the qualities of successful neurodiversity initiatives taking place throughout the United States
  • Understand how to begin a neurodiversity initiative in one’s own workplace or learning environment
  • Have identified resources for support and information after the conference
