About

Daria Anderson is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology on a pre-medical track. She is a former scholar of the Center for Diversity undergraduate training programs, MCH-LEARN and MCHC/RISE-UP. Through these programs Ms. Anderson conducted two research projects focusing on adverse birth outcomes affecting teen mothers and mothers with sickle cell disease. Ms. Anderson presented her research projects at the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students, Johns Hopkins CARES Symposium, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ms. Anderson has also served as the Center for Diversity’s Data Entry and Analysis Specialist where she mentored scholars and worked on the Curriculum Development Team.
