One of our psychologists will talk to you about your concerns and decide on one of three options:

  1. The therapist can provide some brief recommendations for you to try, and then schedule a time to have a follow-up conversation (either by phone or video chat).
  2. The therapist can help you schedule a behavioral evaluation in our office if brief phone consultation does not seem sufficient.
  3. The therapist can help you find other relevant counseling, therapy, or supports.
