Dear Neurodiversity in the Workplace supporter,

The Renaissance Washington DC Downtown Hotel is undergoing a rebrand from a Renaissance to a Westin, and has recently undertaken renovations to prepare for the change. The hotel team recently discovered that work would need to be done beneath the lobby level, which entails accessing the space through the ceilings in one of the ballrooms we have been planning to use for our upcoming Neurodiversity in the Workplace national conference. With this new information, the hotel has informed us that they are unable to provide the meeting space we require for the conference.

We are fortunate that the hotel's sister property, the Marriott Marquis Washington DC, is able to accommodate our entire conference. The Marquis is located across the street, a block and a half up 9th St NW from the Renaissance.

If you previously made a hotel reservation with the Renaissance Washington DC Downtown Hotel, your reservation will automatically be transferred to the Marriott Marquis Washington DC. There is no action needed from you.

If you have not yet made your hotel reservations, please click here to make your reservation. If you wish to make a reservation by phone, please call 855-821-4281.

Thank you for your understanding! We look forward to seeing you in March. If you have any questions about the Marriott Marquis' booking information or available accommodations, please email us at NDatWork@KennedyKrieger.org.

We sincerely apologize for the unforeseen inconvenience.
