ATTENTION: PARENTS OF CHILDREN AGES 8 TO 12:

We are recruiting children to participate in an MRI research study to learn if there are differences between the brain’s structure and its function in children with and without autism spectrum disorders.

 

WHO:

Girls and boys ages 8 to 12 years old with or without Autism.
 

WHAT:

Two, full day visits consisting of IQ testing, computer games, pencil & paper tasks, and a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan of the brain. Parents will receive a free IQ and radiology report. Children will receive a picture of their brain!

WHERE:

Kennedy Krieger's 716 N. Broadway location
 

BENEFIT:

There is no significant risk or direct medical benefit for participating in this study.
 

COMPENSATION:

$50.00 per day
