Vendor Application & Agreement and Booth Payment Form
- First, please fill out your Festival of Trees 2023 Vendor Application and Agreement.
- Once you have completed the application and agreed to the Terms & Conditions you will be able to submit your application. We will do our best to reach out to you within 5 business days to discuss your application.
- Next, once an application has been approved/finalized, you may pay your booth deposit/balance and any additional fees here.
