In addition to all the incredible one-of-a-kind trees, wreaths, and gingerbread houses, Kennedy Krieger Institute's Festival of Trees features a wonderful variety of more than 100 vendor booths to browse at the event!

Vendor Application & Agreement and Booth Payment Form 

  1. First, please fill out your Festival of Trees 2023 Vendor Application and Agreement. 
  2. Once you have completed the application and agreed to the Terms & Conditions you will be able to submit your application. We will do our best to reach out to you within 5 business days to discuss your application. 
  3. Next, once an application has been approved/finalized, you may pay your booth deposit/balance and any additional fees here.

  • Thursday, November 23 (Thanksgiving) – 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (*Limited) 

  • Friday, November 24 – 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. 

Move Out: 

  • Sunday, November 26 – 4:01 p.m. to 10 p.m. (No Early Breakdowns!) 

Booth Costs: 

  • 10’x 10’ Handcrafted Artist Booth $600 

  • 10’ x 10’ Commercial Booth $850 

  • Corners (additional) $50 

  • Discount for each additional booth $100 off  

Included with Booth: 

  • 8’ backdrop/drape with 3’ tall side rails/drape (Colors vary amongst blue, white, green red) 

  • Booth sign with Vendor name displayed (size TBD) 

  • Venue is carpeted with green indoor/outdoor carpet
