Who We Are
The Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities (MCDD) at Kennedy Krieger Institute is dedicated to leadership in the field of developmental and other disabilities, so that people of all ages can maximize their potential and achieve independence, productivity, and inclusion within their communities.
What We Do
The Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities staff are engaged in four core functions:

People with developmental disabilities are increasingly assuming their rightful place in society. Staff of the Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities adhere to high ethical standards of professional practice and respect and support the legal and human rights of people with developmental disabilities and their families.
