Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology Clinic

Description of Program:

In the Neurology Clinic, Board Certified/Eligible Neurologists with special qualifications in Child Neurology evaluate and treat children with a broad spectrum of disorders affecting the brain and central nervous system. The focus of our care is directed toward a range of conditions including epilepsy, brain injury, cerebral palsy, autism, movement disorders, metabolic disorders, and a wide range of genetic conditions affecting the central nervous system. The clinicians also care for adults with central nervous system conditions arising out of childhood. The Clinical Neurophysiology Laboratory at the Kennedy Krieger Institute is available for performing electroencephalograms on children, particularly those with special needs.

Electroencephalograms (EEG)

Primary Goals of Clinic:

Evaluation and treatment of children with conditions affecting the brain, as well as adults with conditions that arise out of childhood.

Hours of Operation:

Monday 9:30 am – 4:00 pm and Wednesday 12:00 noon – 5:00 pm
