Biographical Sketch

From 1991 - 1996, Dr. Mori worked on his PhD in Biophysics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, under the supervision of Dr. Peter van Zijl. He then did a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Radiology at Johns Hopkins, becoming an Assistant Professor in Radiology at the JHU School of Medicine in 1997. He continued in Radiology at JHU to become an Associate Professor in 2002, and a Professor in 2006.

Research Summary

Dr. Mori is primarily interested in brain anatomical MRI, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), and microimaging.
