Assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior in individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities

Principal Investigator:
Patricia
Kurtz

The purpose of the current proposal is to develop a research database comprised of cases treated for severe problem behavior by the Neurobehavioral Inpatient and Outpatient Programs at KKI. The research database will allow for some examination of the relation between assessment procedures and treatment outcomes of problem behavior. The findings obtained from this retrospective analysis of clinical data will permit identification of characteristic assessment and treatment that are both effective and efficient. The database will be based on previously collected data of patients who have been discharged from clinical treatment.
