The Mentoring Practices and Benefits Survey

Principal Investigator:
Tami
Swearingen

The purpose of this multi- centered educational project is to assess the effectiveness of an evidence-based approach to mentoring among inpatient RN's. Specifically the research question posed: Is there a significant pre/post intervention difference in the mentoring practices inventory (MPI) and mentoring benefits inventory (MBI) scores among Kennedy Krieger Institute inpatient RN's? The research survey will be distributed via Survey Monkey to all inpatient RN's before the educational intervention and 1 year post.  Participants will remain anonymous and IP addresses will not be collected.
