Refer a Patient/Contact Us

Patient Referrals

Referrals for inpatients and outpatients can be made by a physician, hospital discharge planner, hospital social worker, insurance company, case manager, or a patient’s family member. Patients can be admitted from an acute-care hospital, subacute care, or from the person’s home.

Our Care Management team can help families navigate the admissions process. You can reach the Brain Injury Care Management Team at 443-923-9200 or intake@kennedykrieger.org.

Physician Referral Group

To support the needs of physicians and health care professionals, our Physician Referral Group is available at a dedicated line to identify and provide information on appropriate clinical programs, handle referrals, obtain consultations with Institute physicians and schedule appointments.
