Kennedy Krieger patient Garrett King and his family talk to WJZ-TV about what Kennedy Krieger means to them and why they're participating in this year's Baltimore Running Festival on behalf of the Institute.

After a mysterious illness put Garrett King in a coma for a month, he began coming to Kennedy Krieger for therapy. Seven months later, his speech has returned, and he is now working with therapists to regain his coordination. Kennedy Krieger's Michelle Melicosta, one of Garrett's doctors, discusses his recovery, while Garrett and his family discuss his participation in last year's Baltimore Running Festival and what he hopes to achieve during this year's festival.
