Review Sessions of the Community Pathways Waiver

October 22, 2014, 5:30 pm to October 28, 2014, 8:00 pm

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved the Developmental Disabilities Administration's application to renew the Community Pathways (CP) waiver. As a result, there will be several changes to the new waiver.

To inform those who will be affected by these upcoming changes and new federal rules relating to waiver programs, the DDA has organized review sessions to hear from individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, guardians and advocates.

The DDA asks attendees to review Community Pathways Waiver Renewal Application and the Community Pathways Waiver Renewal Comparison Chart, and attend one of the following sessions for discussion:
