About the Event:

In this free training for parents and professionals, participants will understand typical children’s growth, general principles of a healthy diet and the consequences of a suboptimal diet. Nutrition and feeding challenges commonly found among children with autism spectrum disorders will also be discussed.

Presenter: Andrea Heyman, MS, RD, LDN

Andrea Heyman has been a nutritionist for 18 years and currently works at the Kennedy Krieger Institute with the weight management program.
