Legal Planning for Young Adults with Disabilities:
A Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities and University of Baltimore School of Law Initiative
Please join us for a FREE seminar given by University of Baltimore (UB) School of Law faculty and students. The seminar will address topics including advance directives, advance directives for mental health, powers of attorney, wills and special needs trusts.
Following the seminar, UB law students will work under the supervision of pro bono attorneys to execute advance directives, advance directives for mental health, and powers of attorney for University of Baltimore and Kennedy Krieger
young adult students, patients, and their families.
Participants may also complete a needs assessment for other estate-planning needs such as wills and special needs trusts.
