25th Anniversary Celebration of the Americans with Disabilities Act

The Maryland Department of Disabilities is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Some of the highlights of this event are:

  • Outdoor resource fair with local community groups, service providers, and others interested in raising awareness
  • ADA Legacy tour bus will stop for photos and to sign the ADA pledge
  • Elected officials and area talent will highlight the difference the ADA has made in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families
