The purpose of this conference is to enhance the knowledge and skills of youth and young adults with disabilities and their families in a successful, seamless transition to post-secondary education, employment, and/or post-school goals.

Intended Audience: 

Transitioning youth with disabilities and their families, and all other individuals interested in the transition process and transitioning services for youth with disabilities in Maryland.
