Leadership Team

Since our last issue, we bid fond farewell to three valuable staff members who have made significant contributions to the MCDD over the years. Diane Dressler, the director of Training and Services for Adults, has moved out-of-state, but will continue to work with the MCDD around housing issues on a consulting basis. Long-time administrative coordinator Aisha Mason has accepted a position to teach and coach middle and high school students, which suits her interests and talents well. Dr. Waylon Howard, Director of Research and Evaluation, also left the MCDD to pursue an academic appointment at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. You will get to know several new faces at the MCDD in the coming months-- Christine Schoenberger joined as our new manager of Business Operations, and Megan Reed is our new administrative training coordinator. I look forward to the many exciting new developments at the MCDD this year.
