Does Head Start Center-based mental health and substance abuse prevention intervention improve parent, child, and family outcomes (e.g. child behavior, parent stress and mental health, family cohesion, utilization of community resources, etc.)?
Do parents in the study with a history of substance abuse have increased risk for poor parent child interaction, parental stress, and poor child behavior?
