Laboratory for Neurocognitive and Imaging Research
Researchers in the Laboratory for Neurocognitive and Imaging Research use both structural and functional imaging techniques and experimental neurobehavioral paradigms to better understand the neurologic basis of developmental disorders. Testing paradigms include IQ assessment, computer game testing, motor testing and paper and pencil testing. Our research is funded by grants from the National Institute of Health and the Autism Speaks Foundation. We hope that by learning more about the relationship between the brain and behavior, our research can help improve diagnosis and treatment of children with developmental disorders.
