Applicants for the position must submit the following:

• Letter of interest, including career goals and relevant training;
• Curriculum vitae;
• Graduate transcripts;
• Three letters of reference;
• Two assessment samples. At least one (preferably both) should be a pediatric assessment;
• Copies of publications.
