Applicants for the position must submit the following:
- Letter of interest, including career goals and relevant training;
- Curriculum vitae;
- Graduate transcripts;
- Three letters of reference;
- Two assessment samples. At least one (preferably both) should be a pediatric assessment;
- Copies of publications.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF ALL MATERIALS, INCLUDING LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION, IS FEBRUARY 15, 2013.
