About the Center:

The Carter Center for Brain Research in Holoprosencephaly and Related Malformations at the Kennedy Krieger Institute (KKI) is part of a national multicenter collaboration providing education/family support and clinical care for children with holoprosencephaly, as well as research on this rare disorder. There are three primary goals for this program:

• Education and Family Support
• Clinical Services

The Carter Center is supported by a grant from the Don and Linda Carter Foundation.
