2012 Maryland Transition Conference

Youth with disabilities and their families are invited to attend the 2012 Maryland Transition Conference sponsored by the Governor's Interagency Transition Council for Youth with Disabilities.
 
This conference will help you gain an understanding of the resources that are available to youth/young adults.  The conference will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 in Bowie, MD.  Your fee includes conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch, snacks and door prizes.
