CARD's Clinical Program offers the following range of evaluations and therapeutic interventions:

• Team evaluations for the diagnosis of children with autism and related disorders. These carefully designed evaluation teams include a combination of the following disciplines, depending on the child’s needs: Psychiatry, neurology, developmental pediatrics, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology and occupational therapy.



• Developmental or medical evaluations from the above-noted disciplines can be scheduled with individual practitioners.



• These evaluations offer comprehensive diagnosis, cognitive and developmental functioning, language functioning and medical etiologies.



• Other targeted and intensive services available include individual and small group (dyads) speech language therapy and occupational therapy, medication management and social work consultations.

To schedule an appointment: If you have never been seen at Kennedy Krieger and would like to be seen at the CARD clinic, you must first contact Main Intake Care Management at 443-923-9400 to begin the new patient intake process. Ask the Main Intake contact to refer you to the CARD Clinic.

Once completed, you will be connected to the CARD Clinical program. After your intake is reviewed, you will receive a phone call and letter detailing the services for which you will be scheduled. You will then be contacted by a member of the CARD Care Center for scheduling. After your appointments are scheduled, please download and fill out the
CARD Background Information Form(requires MS Word) OR
CARD Background Information Form (requires Adobe Acrobat) (requires Adobe Acrobat).
This will provide important background information to us and help your specific provider(s) prepare for your visit. This form should be faxed to 443-923-7560 or mailed to 3901 Greenspring Avenue, Attn: Hannah Klausner, Baltimore, MD 21211.
